I founded Business Design Studio in 2016 with a clear ambition – through cooperation with senior management and leadership consultants, I wanted to contribute with the push towards change that is needed to implement transformation.

As an engineer and illustrator, I analyze and understand systems at a deep level. I like to dig deep into the root cause and then translate complex questions into something visual and comprehendible.

A bit like yoga for organizational problems: finding balance, identifying what’s tense and softening what is holding back the movement.

My focus always lies on creating something of real value to the customer, whether I am facilitating an executive team, running a development program or hosting a day-course.

I help organizations understand their own problems – and to use the insights to make the right change happen.

When working with any problem, big or small, the key lies in understanding the full picture – even if you are focusing on the details at the moment. This is how to make your strategy come to life.

This is why we chose Business Design – it’s about seeing and developing with regard to the full picture.

Studio refers to the method of using design, visualization and creativity in order to solve problems and construct the future.
